Here's what the Latzimas family says about their Cretan Olive Oil:

"We are a family business with a long tradition in the production of olive oil. Based on our values and principles and with love to the land of our ancestors, we produce the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Organic Farming "Latzimas" with real dedication. We choose the best fruit from our olive groves and we process it in our olive-oil press with cold extraction. Thus, we are able to offer you a product of excellent taste and of best quality, while preserving all the beneficial ingredients of olives."

Here's what we say about their Cretan Olive Oil:

"This is a real food lover's olive oil. We've never tasted better and can highly recommend this stunning olive oil to enhance any food. It both looks and tastes fantastic. We glug this gorgeous oil all over our traditional Greek salad and use it to make Tzatziki, and our Greek Lemon Potatoes and many other dishes. Mmmmmmm!"
