Satellite Bar in Stalis – The Best Breakfast in Town!

The Satellite Bar in Stalis (also known as Stalida) in the prefecture of Heraklion on the north coast of the wonderful Greek Island of Crete claims to serve the best Big British Breakfast in Stalis.

So we just had to try it out.

In a prime position slap bang in the middle of spectacular Stalis you’ll find the Satellite Bar. Unashamedly a British establishment, with a very Welsh slant, it boasts the best British breakfast in Stalis. And we’ve got to agree. The Big Breakfast consisting of two fried eggs, two sausages, two tasty rashers of back bacon, plum tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans served with toast is simply sensational. Within the incredibly low price of just five Euros you also have a choice of tea or coffee and a glass of fresh orange juice.

SATELLITE BAR IN STALIS

Cooked to perfection and well presented the breakfast should certainly set you up well for the day. But if your eyes are as big as your belly you can attempt the much bigger breakfast aptly named the Belly Buster for just an extra 1,50 Euros. It contains all the ingredients of the Big Breakfast plus the addition of two hash browns, black pudding, extra mushrooms and extra tomatoes!!!

STALIDA

While munching your way through the tremendously good value and tasty breakfast you can relax in comfortable padded cushioned chairs and watch big screen Sky TV in the laid back Satellite Bar. Clean, comfortable with very attentive and friendly staff you couldn’t ask for more. Posters of the Wales Rugby team and the Welsh Dragon flag adorn the walls of the Satellite Bar adding to its charm and character.

Tasty snacks and drinks are served throughout the day at Stalida Satellite Bar - all are very good value. And every evening at 10.00pm a “Big Fat Idiots Quiz” is held. Have a couple or three cocktails and you’re certain to have a fun time attempting to answer the questions.

Open for early birds at 8.00am and welcoming holidaymakers throughout the day and late into the evening the Satellite Bar in Stalis is really worth a visit. We highly recommend this great place.
